It’s a weird time travel universe where everyone gets raped but none of the main characters seem to die from one of the 20 (at least) diseases that straight up killed thousands each day.

I had to IMBD who that was. I’m not a Big Bang Theory fan, so I’ll have to take your word for it that he’d be acceptable.

Jim Parsons played Elwood on Broadway a few years ago. Maybe it’s not out of his system yet?

It will be interesting to see if today’s audiences see a borderline schizophrenic alcoholic as funny as audiences did in 1950.

Harvey has my favorite Jimmy Stewart performance in it. Speilberg and Tom Hanks would be the best chance at a remake because they fit the needs of the material. I just don’t have faith in many other modern filmmakers to do it justice. We all just need to be ready for a 6 ft. tall CGI rabbit.

Hey hey, he’s not just another Hollywood asshole. He’s a highly talented Hollywood asshole with a singular auteur’s vision about how women are nothing more than sex objects.

It did on The Onion, so that counts:

Cancel the fucking show.

Did they cancel this show yet? From like the 10 minutes of different episodes I saw a better name for it would have been "Jury Tampering: The Show."

Yeah he’s leaning hard into the whole Thurston-Howell-III-but-he-could-totally-get-it thing and it’s going great.

Agreed on Murphy - but O’Hara still has the best moment overall though - “Do you like fruit wine? I know I do!”

It seems to have been a 2010's trend to have actually-great shows with horrible titles between this, Selfie, Cougar Town, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Fresh off the Boat, etc.

I felt the same way when the show started – I was confused why the commercials made it look like a comedy, when the show was so dour – but caught a few in the second season and was converted. Most shows don’t find their feet until halfway into the first season anyway.

Abu, looking at Disney remake their entire vault.

She easily wins the award for “Most Improved Player” among the Rose family.

The storyline where Alexis went back to high school to get her degree was gold. I loved how they pushed against the standard story beats you expected, like the other girls passing notes about Alexis weren’t making fun of her, they were talking about how cool and pretty she was.

I am hoping, for the next season, for more Alexis/Stevie interaction, and more David/Ted interaction (just because the scene in the Vets office where Ted is telling David how he feels about Alexis and then David eats the dog treat was HILARIOUS).

As far as I am concerned, Alexis’ character development this last season or two has been amazing.  The episode where Mutt comes back to town for the baby shower really showed how far she had come.

“All-American” is a weird term to apply to a half-Canadian.

I really like Annie Murphy on Schitt’s Creek & she has done a great job with her character, initially very superficial and unlikable, who has gotten more interesting every season, which still recognizably being the same person.
