I gotta disagree with you on that one. I think it’s better than previous generations for the same reasons Kristen said above. I think it’s an upgrade over the droopy looking rear. But, if someone gave me one from any gen I’d still take and drive it. Who wouldn’t?

Because Volks wants to have a cheaper, less luxurious version for people who want looks but not so much of the extras. If you want extra stuff like a more powerful engine, then Audi and it’s different trims have that for you, as well as luxury. All at a higher price, however.
