In bad taste but the headline totally reminds me of this vid from way, way back.

I would also add stop motion animation but he hasn't had that in a movie since the late 90's.

I had a serial killer sim who would lure mailmen, pizza guys, and neighborhood strangers into a room with those tall/wide windows. He would sleep so well through the sound of their screams just one room over...

This was the only thing I wanted out of this I/O but I'm not nearly as excited about it as I thought I was going to be. Maybe because it's limited?

First thing I thought of.

Honestly, I bought the base Sims 3 game and never touched any of the expansion packs—but they way they do it now is that after every major release, they update the base game to give you SOME of the features of that expansion. So even though you just have the base game, major updates bring some pretty significant

Wow, I'm just—This pic is like—Oh, Wow.

Yep. The LA one is 99% accurate except "Conservative Whites" should also be near/around/in Orange County. Also, Japanese/Koreans in Torrance? That's news to me.

They usually (almost always) are just re-pumping the same water over and over. One of the places I used to work at had one and I remember asking the groundskeeper. He told me they usually only change the water after someone dies in it. Or every 6 or so months as required by health inspectors—whichever came first.

The List is my go-to episode for introducing people to South Park. Most of the minor characters make prominent appearances and it's just all around fucking funny.

Mr. Wiggly? Mine is named Patrick.

Apple Corps vs. Apple Computer. Interesting read. Basically, The Beatles' record company (Apple Records) was mad at Apple Computer for using the Apple name. They settled with the agreement that Apple Computer never go into the music business. As you'd imagine, shit hit the fan when iTunes came out.

Honest question: Are the expansions worth it? I think I have every TS1 expansion and a few TS2 ones but it got to be such a ridiculously high amount of them that I stopped. I bought TS3 on launch but never bothered with the expansions. Often, the expansions on TS2 seemed more like DLC and not enough like they were

In Los Angeles there's the Watts Towers. Sure it's made it onto the Simpsons and Grand Theft Auto but it's at the heart of a "really bad neighborhood" so it doesn't get any traffic at all from tourists or anyone who doesn't already live in the area. I always thought it was neat that this one neighborhood in LA has a

Fish are fickle as fuck. Usually synthetic stuff is safer to use than organic stuff. You can't just pick up any old rock from the river and throw it in your aquarium and expect your fish to live longer than a few more hours.

Nope. Gaston looks too jock and not enough bear.

Well then I retract my previous statement. That's fucking stupid.
