Yes, this is a "neat" project; but so many people here are thinking it's a great security option. Just lock your doors, and keep your important data backed up and encrypted.

I have to vote for Outlook. Each on their OWN - OL wins hands down. I use GCal the MOST because it integrates w/ everything.. but its features on its on don't win any awards from me.

Even outlook 2007 has a great email indexing. I "auto archive" anything not flagged for followup and older than 2 weeks to one folder. I can find anything I need in about 10 seconds. But my inbox is nearly clear at all times.
