If you are to keep a significant sum of cash at home, put it in a fire proof/resistant safe or other container. You don't want to have your cash literally go up in smoke when you just might need it most.

What about just minimizing apps you're not using? I "just don't get" these distraction-detractor apps.

I can't imagine having to pay $20-$40 for a text editor when so many excellent free alternatives are out there.

I use Adobe Photoshop Photo Album starter edition.
