Its more than slight. The building on the left is roughly the right distance, but the building on the right is significantly further away. This isn't even close to the same shoot location however that doesn't mean the subway entrance is still there. Not knowing the area I cannot say, but it would be interesting to see

This is meant to promote traffic cameras? How? It's not like the driver "got away with one" here. He is clearly going to be getting a ticket for running a red light. The cameras serve no additional purpose in this scenario, and only serve as revenue generating devices in situations where there isn't an accident.
