What the fuck is this headline? It makes it sound like Baldwin was complicit in some way in the shooting. I get it, he’s an asshole, but there’s literally 0 evidence that on his end this was anything but an awful accident. The prop guy may be culpable, but Baldwin sure as shit isn’t. 

Somehow I can’t help but feel the only people who lose here are the teens who would have benefitted from the funding that would have been provided.

Pay the families, but don’t give total control of life-saving information to the estate. If it has to be licensed, researchers will just use lesser, free samples, and that will mean less effective results and more lives lost.
