It’s not the #1 reason I watch sports - you nailed that one - I’ve absolutely walked out of a stadium thinking that it was great not to think of (fill in the blank problem) for a few hours. I think the Yankees were heralded after 9/11 for just that - the much-needed escapism they provided.
