Agree. But people we elect to office must be held accountable. Being engaged doesn’t just mean voting. It means organizing, protesting, and contacting your representative no matter who is in office.

I never said the NFL restricts players speech. I only stated that the NBA seems to amplify and encourage the opinions of its players. Now, that may simply have more to do with the personalities and star power associated with the NBA, but I can’t imagine the NFL being ok with something like this:
