I wouldn’t say nobody cared, but things fall off the radar (apologies for going for a cliche, but it’s a bit late). Unfortunately, this just happens sometimes. People forget, including reporters.

So any journalistic outlet could’ve gotten these records unsealed at any point since 2008, right? Were they just unaware that they could do this? Did they not care? It seems weird that nobody even attempted to get them unsealed until the story blew up, since these records would’ve been a big story no matter what.

His brand of “pull up your pants and stop using naughty words” brand of morality was bullshit anyway.

Working in litigation for a very long time, I have a favorite pastime of reading depositions involving difficult clients and lawyers. This one takes the cake. I’m on page 14 of Plaintiff’s motion and I want to punch Mr. O’Connor in the face. I hope this dep ends with Ms. Troiani actually punching him in the face.

fuck this guy; he’ll likely have enough money/lawyers to keep himself out of jail, but his role of moral arbiter—no, that’s been dead and gone for a while now, he needs to be publicly banished, so that he cannot show his face anywhere.

At least he pulls his pants up

It is West Baltimore, as many others have posted (also usually identified with various hand signals, and/or a thrown brick) but its easy to get confused - cartoon tattoos (tweetie bird, Tasmanian devil, roadrunner) are also very common. For some reason, old-school warner brothers iconography really resonates with

I'm guessing here, but I would think it's the "underage" that makes it human trafficking. Minors can't consent to sex with adults, so they're traffickers not just pimps.

Former Temple Football Player Arrested On Human Trafficking Charges

UPDATE: Ravens sign former Temple standout Matt Brown to 3-year deal to replace recently released Bernard Pierce.

You know who else played football at Temple?:

I'm sorry, but Snyder is worth millions(billions?) and he still gives a shit what people think/say about him? I think we can all agree that of the two options (I'm so fuggin' rich I don't care about you) Snyder is the absolute worst.

Such a smart, talented man, who somehow also excels in alienating people to a profound degree. Listen, there are plenty of bullies and plenty of idiots on Twitter, and the truly smart decision is to never engage with either. Olbermann also seems to personify the notion that humility cannot be taught, but it can be

Boy, ESPN is treating Olbermann like red-headed receivers coach...

Holy shit... I'm not the only PSU alum that has this thought?!

Such an overreaction by ESPN. It's not like he was saying evolution is scientific fact.

Went to PSU for undergrad, got my first masters there. Got my professional degree elsewhere. There are some incredibly brilliant people at PSU at the leading edge of the intellect distribution, but the overwhelming majority are a bit, erm, lacking.

Penn State fans got all self-righteous and overreacted to something? NO WAY!

Goal post moving to show "No! We are good people!" It was pitiful.
