Thank gods no Shia. I even like the kid but i just don't think he has the... er... is gravitas too silly a word to use in reference to Yorick? Anyways, i don't think he could carry it off. Here's hoping Starz or AMC pics this up.

She doesn't have a lot of presence. i don't know if it's how she holds herself, or her facial expression, or what, but this is boring.

@Lundok: Not only that but i appreciated how Moore could draw individual characters. I always feel that Adlar needs props (either hats, or beards, or different clothes) to make his characters look different. I couldn't tell the difference between Rick and Otis! But his zombies look great, i'll give him that.

@dogmaticequation: That is an awesome question and i fear the answer is because we've gone deeply christian/catholic with the mythology since the beginning of season 4. If it ends up being Pandora i will be thrilled (aside from the "women introduced evil into the world" thing... but that'll be the case if it's Eve…

@Madge: I totally agree, a few lines would really help him look less plastic-y.

Is it just me or did the "youngifying" effect look WAY more realistic in the fx test reel that started all this? i know we only saw the young JB for a few seconds, but i remember being blown away by it. This just looks like CG Neo in the second Matrix movie (during the Burley Brawl)

@whmr: while the basis of what you say has some merit, phrasing it like this makes me think "don't feed the trolls".

@goldarsun: I'm thinking we're gonna find out Eve was the mother of all creatures... it should be Lilith, but the show's used her already, so i'm thinking Eve will get the Pandora treatment, having brought all the creatures into the world. I hope i'm wrong, but that's my theory.

@DoubleX: I think you've just nailed it on why Buffy doesn't count "were given incredible power by men"... Now if only she had given the power to herself...
