I’m still processing it a week later. It sounds like trickle down economics to the nth degree. 

I recently listened to an economist explain why he didn’t think wealth distribution going more and more to the top 1% was a problem because rich people have trust fund babies, so they distribute wealth that way.

Maybe I’m reading too much into this, but their CEO’s quote made question her excitement:

Right - “it was just that period of time when I knew her that it so happens I didn’t sweat.”

Yeah, but in the past the Root community was able to pretty actively self police, and people were good about not replying directly to trolls. with the recent uptick in trolling attempts, more seem to be seeping through.

I don’t understand the value of children.

The baby is actually a baby and everyone else is a robot. They don’t perceive it as real because their programming wouldn’t allow it as it would make them realize that they, in fact are not humans.
