I used to live there, back-woods, South-East TX. They just shoot you. No sirens needed when yer dead.

I don't think you're trolling at all. The quality of 'stories' here has taken a nose-dive, for the very reason you stated. It's become a link-factory- which means Google's new algorithm will cause to sink into irrelevancy. Or they can go back to the splendor that once was way back when (and why) I joined.

+1 if I could!!

You can turn off the "pause on keyboard error" in the BIOS on most systems. The mouse isn't required for bootup at all. HOWEVER, it's been ages since I've used Synergy, so I don't know for sure if the mouse cursor will show on a system booted without a mouse.

Um... Where;s the STORY? All I see is a headline.

It really depends... I've been using Dameware for quite a while now and much prefer it. RDP forces any logged in user out whereas DW logs in and sees their session. RDP gives you 'log out' and 'disconnect' but DW gives you the regular Windows log off/shutdown/restart options AND disconnect. These two issues alone

@MoonCat82: I'm contemplating a couple of books (that I'll likely never actually write) and (if I actually do write them) I'll be using Google Earth to help with the scenery so I don't have to write about streets and such I've never seen. Great tool. Now if I wasn't so lazy....

@syronimus: Where's my 'promote' button??

@ForTheLulz: But it solves the employment problem in two ways:

@amanser1: It's motion activated, so it'll only be recording the cops' activities as they slam you into the hood.

@geolemon: 5-toes socks will help you with that.

@Hueynewton: My girlfriend has started wearing them. To avoid the smell, wear socks! Yes, they make 5-toed socks. She hasn't had a problem with smell.

@jamn: Bill Cosby & Noah's Ark:

@SuddenImpact: That stuff (SG) is great! But oh! That smell!! Hehehe

Great explanation- one that I will forward to my less-techie/less experienced friends.

@SuddenImpact: Oh, and her complaint about it damaging the toilet has to do with how much OTHER people use.

@SuddenImpact: She prefers not to use it at all. She's a research biologist and knows how strong the stuff is, so uses tiny amounts. She swears citric acid is as good (or better) and is better for the environment. And, of course, generally safer (though always be careful- it is an acid).

So, can we make a dispenser that puts a little Cool-Aid in the bowl with each flush? Maybe one of those dissolving disks that you put on the inside of the bowl.
