Oh god, I just got a visual of young Trump in a model UN explaining to the class how the model UN is meaningless and should be dismantled. Meanwhile, his professor leans deep in his chair and finishes the last sip of his turpentine-filled flask.

I’m disappointed that the end of your sentence didn’t confirm that your debate team routinely covered pizza-launching Michelangelo.
I, for one, welcome our moose-riding overlords.
Nobody is panicking here, #WellActuallys. What they are commenting on is the fact that we finally have both a unified Legislative and Executive Branch that might actually advance this piece of legislation this time.
And give up America’s veto on the Security Council? The pro Israel crowd will never let it happen.
This truly is the darkest timeline. The rank and cartoonish pettiness of this entire team of dunces is stunning individually and in aggregate.
Wow you’re right. this post has made me completely forget that Sean spicer is a lying sack of shit just like the rest of the Trump team! It’s too bad that one silly story always erases everything I’ve read before it. Damn.
As one of those alone in that particular territory (I really can’t bring myself to name it) and unable to attend a march, I have been absolutely gobbling up these offerings and in tears of pride all weekend.
We had a great time! The rally and subsequent strategy summit were attended by an estimated 3,000. When we marched on the street, people were laying on their horns and giving us thumbs up and fists of solidarity. It was electrifying. Our numbers are small compared to elsewhere, but we are HERE and we are fired up.
“I cannot imagine how terrified I’d be, seeing these images of the women’s marches, if I sat in direct opposition to women’s rights. These are huge numbers of people.”
I’m a Democrat in Arizona, and I feel the same way. Hopefully a change at the top of the DNC will bring back some local action.
The dark, depressing, nihilistic display yesterday was not America. The Women’s Marches, millions of people coming together to protest someone placed in the highest position of this nation who doesn’t come CLOSE to representing our values. So proud of all you Bad Hombres and Nasty Women. I was with you all in…
I’ve been riding high on the feeling of solidarity all day. Being with so many like-minded people made me feel more hopeful than I have since the election.
Don’t stop marching. Don’t stop marching until 45 and his posse are out of office. Don’t stop marching even then, because freedom isn’t free.
I am so, so tired of people thinking that stylists, artists, musicians, etc can pay their bills and cover costs “for exposure.”
My Congressman is attending the inauguration but his reasoning that “I just know that if I’m going to vote to impeach the man at some point, I would like to be able to look him in the eye on Inauguration Day,” pretty much earns him a pass from me on it! #TeamRaskin
I don’t follow the people who are calling this and the march “empty gestures”. Under that, what should everyone be doing? Guy Fawkes-ing that shit up? I mean, come on.
