Personally, I thought it worked great to show a girl/woman can not conform to gender stereotypes without it automatically meaning she’s gay (see also, Brienne).

can’t wait for someone to eventually get the terrible idea to do a forest gump series that’s closer to the book. in the book, the lietenant dan character is in it, but gump spends most of his time with a chimp who speaks sign language that he worked with when he went to space. yes, he goes to space in the book.

I don’t know, since - and I apologize for the repetition - it isn’t out yet.

I’m excited for the kids who are just now discovering Kate Bush’s oeuvre. She’s one of those musicians’ musicians who doesn’t quite get the recognition she deserves outside her peer group.

I had been thinking the same thing, but I think it being a federal crime means she won’t be able to do anything about it.  At least I hope so.

I serve a lot of paperwork. The vast, vast majority of it can be pre-arranged. Most of the time, people know this stuff is coming. The rest of it can be nailed and mailed. We only start tracking people down at their homes or jobs or wherever else when they’ve made it completely impossible to serve them elsewhere.…
