They will - Radio City pays them, that same contract protects the dancers’ earnings.. It will be RC’s responsibility to get paid on the back end.

Ex-ballet dancer here. For a chance to be in a Rockette line? Gladly. (But their audition requirements clearly state don’t hire anyone under 5'6" - I don’t qualify - should I sue them?) Do you think that objectionable people somehow don’t go to Radio City every day?
