Started at 19, fresh out of college with a 6-8% company match. 9 years in, still going at it.

It’s cool to see that they care, and are aware of issues.. but it’s kinda obvious how to fix it.

Outsourcing, short staffing, and general being cheap? It’s a business so of course, there are ways to do more with less.. but there is a point when you need to actually grease the squeaky wheel guys.
