In the lore, Ghosts are a US Army A-Team (Green Beret/Army SF) so it’s a little more specialized.
They’d take my citizenship away.
Meh, war isn’t very much like those games for a number of reasons, and it isn’t hard to suss out major differences; some if you’ve been in (crew fired weapons don’t tend to be personal weapons) some without (carrying all of that gear sucks, especially if the climate isn’t just the right amount of cold and with the…
This privileged douche bro got his facts even more wrong. England abolished slavery in 1807, and then strengthened the concept for the entire empire (which concept is itself problematic, but I digress) in 1837. So, read a fucking book before you go off on a racist rant, Jahn.
I could get tags and insurance on that in Iowa in probably 2 days.
Maybe my Mom’s late 90's Taurus was the exception, but that fucking bubble mobile would never die. It must have been the pinnacle of Ford manufacturing for that year. It literally went almost 300k miles with almost zero serious issues. I hated that car but was honestly kinda sad when she eventually traded it in.
When my wife and I first got married (late 90s), she needed a car. It was her money, she was trading in her car and she was the one that was going to drive it.
“The experience soured her on Chrysler products” They did her a favor with this generation Chrysler.
Agreed. It will require some amount of reinforcement/alteration.
While I don’t see a restoration, I see a lot of body and probably frame work just to make this thing safe to drive and support the weight of the batteries. Not to mention the stress that a decent electric motor can throw onto it.
Ok, so its a literal piece of garbage. Its a cool looking vehicle though! Is there a reasonable way to salvage this? An exercise in 3d printing maybe? Use the original panels as templates, 3d print all new panels and assemble an entirely new version right next to it? Maybe the original frame can be patched back…
Bet I could work with that. Frame looks clean.
Sometimes I wonder how I can continue to be so naive. Project Postal happened, and I thought “surely it cannot get worse than this.” But hell, DT always finds a way.
I was gonna say the opposite, that community fixes like these are exactly why I prefer pc releases. Any issues on a console release you gotta just live with, pc usually has a fix to iron out all the kinks.
On the whole though, if a game is loved enough, you can bet certain things to be fixed, but on console things can happen that will never be fixed. Think of any franchise, if it’s on PC, it’s probably fixed. You do have rare exceptions like Final Fantasy Type-O, which is completely broken on PC with no signs of it…
P.S. the above numbers are without wind. It gets much better range when the wind blows. But I can still make the LA to Catalina crossing without wind.
Sucks that they’re slow to the punch on these things. I thought the new writers were gonna bring more to this site, but besides Mercedes, I haven’t seen any articles that were great. That and the lack of test drives is sending me over to the Drive more and more. But then I get to the comment section and I’m back to…
It is an objective fact that there was nobody more cruel than Japan (save the Germans). To suggest otherwise is an insult to the 10,000,000+ civilians and POWs the Japanese murdered.
