Hi there
hithere

You ignorant imbecile, you say “we” and “the people” like you are different. Newsflash if you live in the USA...YOU ARE ONE OF US!!! ha ha ha. The more successful of us have 4 bangers and pickup trucks and/or sportscars. Why rack up the mileage on your nicer, more expensive to operate and repair cars when you can

It’s accurate for some of the USA today, is around $2.50 for 87 AKI octane and $3.10 for 93. AKI != RON in my “flyover” state.

Mania is a noun, manic is an adjective form of mania for use in sentences where you need an adjective and not a noun.

It can, you just need to modify it. Get creative or talk to a good gearhead and figure something out.If it opens at all you can rig up alternate means to achieve that.

Burning to death is arguably the worst way to go.

Don’t admit defeat Al, that thing is long out of warranty consider modifying it to be able to open the hatch from where you want.

I do this in a ‘93 bronco, occasionally in ‘16 f150 with a camper shell/topper thing on it.

He escaped harm from burning. Context is key.

It’s not name calling, it’s describing your behavior. You need to learn some more about our shared language before you go off half-cocked against someone like me again.

Attention seeking pedants in Teslas...

I just meant in general, these folks in the Teslas seem addicted to that instant torque until one day it kills them.

Yeah he could, there is a gimpy version of it in my f150 but it bitches if I have my hands off the wheel for more than a couple of seconds. I use it to keep it between the lines while I whip a drink out of the cooler.

I’m not sure you can reason with him, the way he went off today is reminiscent of a tweaker with an agenda.

F250 driver earned it for not putting the parking brake on when parked on anything remotely close to an incline.

Why didn’t you edit your post instead of replying to yourself like Special Fred twice?

Do you want to pay for hydrogen infrastructure? Step right up!!! We already have electric infrastructure but if everyone and their mom is going to BEV it’s going to have to be modified significantly.

You can’t single vehicle crash a Leaf as well as you can a Tesla, so far Tesla doesn’t sell any slow cars but the Leaf is very slow. These cases where the folks die in the Teslas seem like they are always going very fast right before they hit something.

Do you have a learning disability? He didn’t burn to death, he died from blunt force trauma. Get it through your thick skull...

Maybe don’t give high powered cars to teenagers? Teens have been killing themselves in cars since someone first got tired of shuttling their spawn to sportsball practice or whatever.

The driver probably didn’t die via burning to death he almost assuredly died by blunt impact against whatever he hit at high speed. He could have done the same thing in a Camry and the same result would happen except it wouldn’t reignite days later.
