Niners fan here. Kaepernick is prolly somewhere in the lower middle when it comes to starting qbs but he’s serviceable with a decent team and I think he can still win games. The last couple of seasons have been brutal as far as talent level goes on the niners.

what’s really disappointing is a team like the Ravens who I believe are one of the better run organizations in the past 20 years shutting the door on him. its a perfect situation for him and this is when it becomes apparent that he’s being blackballed.
