It’s not unheard of for people to be friends with folks who have said shitty things to them in the past and really not unheard of for people to enter into dating-type relationships with those people.

John Krasinski wasn’t a writer on the show. I’m pretty sure it was BJ. Paul Lieberstein (Toby), Mindy and BJ were the only writers/actors in the first season and I doubt Paul would have suggested that Toby tell Kelly she should lose 15 pounds. That wouldn’t have been in character.

Seems like a reasonable/not bad idea to me. I have friends who I travel with a certain way. I have others I can’t travel with that way and it would be nice for my own Broke Bobby to admit that she’s tapped out, get over her FOMO and not come on certain trips that she can’t afford.

My opinion after watching that movie approx. 6 million times: no Dottie didn’t intentionally drop the ball, but she didn’t really feel bad about losing because Kit finally got out from under her shadow and exceeded her at something that Kit really cared about. 

She might not know how to swim and/or she saw the dude charging in from the other side so would cause more damage going in rather than staying out of the way. 

Showering after work, for me, is about getting the grime of the day off me before I get in my nice, clean bed. I don’t always do it now that I work from home (no real need) but if I go out into the world, I shower before bed.
