I don’t think they are making them do anything-it seems they can wear what they want but the teeny shorts (?) and tops appear to be the most speed efficient. The walkers in front are all in those outfits and the ones in back are wearing longer things.

I’m not a fan of it either to a point. There’s a line between firing someone because they posted bikini photos to their personal Instagram after a weekend in Cabo and firing someone because they post conspiracy theories, compare the incomparable to Nazi Germany and espouse bigoted views.

I think it is most certainly a trend however, if black women can get their foot in the door and get themselves in positions of power, it doesn’t have to be a trend.

It bothers me on a visceral level that this person is entrusted with teaching other people anything. I looked it up and she owns a daycare center.
