You said that not me. I didnt say he was a bad person because of his religious beliefs. I said the fact he had religious beliefs isnt a mark of a good person. You said exactly 4 things about this man. that he was a Mormon, that he impregnated someone successfully six times, that he became a cop with the desire to make

There might be good cops.  But any cop that bites his lip and looks the other way for other cops is be definition not a good cop.  They’re aiding and abetting whatever the “bad” cop is up to.

Someone who believes in the more absurd theologies of a subsection of a major religion and is able to impregnate his wife multiple times does not establish a precedence for goodness. And your breadth of knowledge of humans does not serve as an adequate measuring stick on how good of a person this person was for you to

Any “good cop” who remains quiet to the actions of the “bad cops” is every bit as complicit and culpable for the “bad cops” actions.

He remains president of the Colorado Fraternal Order Of Police.

Aw, I thought you could manage it. That is on me, I expected too much of you. But go away and think about how when someone turns away and will not see, it helps those they are ignoring. Don’t worry, I understand now that you can’t get there all in one go and that you are angry you have to think about it. You’ll get

You’ve nailed it. Those who look the other way while their buddies commit a crime, who cover for them, who refuse to carry out their duties so their buddies are let off, they are committing the same crime. It seems like you are so close to getting it. Come on, a little more effort, you can do it.

I wonder at what point “failing to testify against other cops” becomes “aiding and abetting a crime...

Np. Cops have the same genetic profile and brain patterns as criminals. They take risks. They value life less. They hurt people. If they weren’t cops, they would be criminals. And they are the same.

Many people were saying that as far back as the 70s, but ending the WoD would strip cops of a lot of their budgets and excuses to fuck people over, so it’s no surprise that they are always against any sort of legalization effort.

Do any of those good cop stories involve them arresting their corrupt hick counterparts right there in public when they commit a crime against the public? That is why there are no good cops, because they never turn around stuff their buddy into the back of their own cruiser when they start shit.

There are no good cops.

>the good cops will need to keep their mouths shut and bite their lips so they don’t upset everyone else.

So awesome that he’s also the President of the Colorado Fraternal Order of Police, where his guidance and leadership will affect the attitudes and ethics of so many officers. Ugh.

Makes you wonder what else he’s helped himself to from the evidence locker…

There is not a single Narcotics Unit that doesn’t have stories like this.

This seems like a pretty obvious case of Bad Cop Being Bad. Why would this guy not be bounced out on his ass, again?

Schulz now investigates gang crimes”...Oh boy

So after the couple went to the press, then the cops actually paid the fines? The cops then investigated themselves and found nothing? And the cop that did this shit and other things is still a cop?

Of course he does. They love cops who consider themselves above the law. Means they have the backing to do whatever they want, too.
