Romeo, you got it “ludicrously cheap” BECAUSE it has a rebuilt title.  This car, at $13k for a Focus, is ludicrously overpriced for its salvage title. 

Yeah its all about using it for yourself. I hit my E34 off a curb and they totaled it despite it not needing much work at al, but they let me buy it back for 100. Now I’m doing all the mods I want and having fun with it because its mine forever, who cares about resale value now

It has to do with the fact that there’s a chance it was rebuilt in a half-assed way leading to unexpected and unusual problems down the road.

This is my exact take.  Nobody puts that kind of money into a car like that to get 8k miles out of it, and they definitely don’t get that kind of price out of it.

I have 2 x C60 6 speeds here. One will go in the car with the Celica ratios and the TRD LSD. The other one came up for £40 so I bought it as a spare.
