Might be too sedate and without differentiation across the line for some, but I actually like the new design language that MB is using. Very sharp looking, without being over the top on the performance trims.
They may drive wonderfully, but they look disproportionate and in my opinion are unattractive. You know how some cars are hideous to look at but they have some incredible aspect about them that makes them special? This doesn’t have anything like that.
This is easy: the 1 series was an ugly car inside and out. The proportions were all messed up.

It’s a very strategic location (fishing, trade routes, oil, etc.). They didn’t decide on it on a whim. They’re claim is still illegitimate. You can’t build islands and claim territorial waters around them. It’s a well established part of UNLCOS III, of which China is a signatory.
The only problem I had with this car was that it did not come with the most unique element of the M3, which is that glorious V8. If it were to be made market like the M2, it’s understandable, but a one off car like this could have gotten away with it without stealing to much M3 Thunder.
