Background checks are great and all, and we should have fed laws enforcing that, but that’s not how guns are bought in the hood where this girl was murdered. it was a drive by shooting in the ghetto. This person 100% did not have a registered and legal firearm. There is a massive amount of illegal fire arms out there. All the laws in the world don’t address that. They just increase the punishment when you do something stupid with one and get caught.
