I’d like to see Amy heckerling’s take. They should beg Dianne Ruggiero to write the script.

Honestly, it’s hard to believe that a successful television director — the ultimate collaborative job where you are serving the vision of the show runner — didn't know how to collaborate. You can't survive as long as she did in TV if you can't fulfill the creators vision. They don't hire you again, period.

His problems are psychological. He's an orphan. He can't show anyone his true self and he wants to. He feels responsible for everything. His parents (father, but why not include his relationship with his mother), gave him the responsibility of their entire planet. He is all that's left of a great legacy. He's part

I’m a big Superman fan. The way you give Superman conflict is his from his alien past. The vehicle for his emotions of outsider ness is Clark Kent. The new Superman fucked that up real good by exposing all that to Lois and by making Clark so maladapted to life. Clark expresses Kal-el’s need for connection and

Annabelle Gurwitz calls the Eileen Fisher look: "President in a dystopian future." (Example, Meryl Streep in "The Giver"). I have to admit I agree.

*dysmorphia. I don't know what dye morphia is but I probably have that, too.

I'm old, well middle aged, and dressing is very difficult even though I'm relatively thin. I've always been uncomfortable with my body and have body dye morphia and an eating disorder. (Compulsive overeating). This shit is hard.

I guess this works if you don't have an eating disorder like I do, which is compulsive overeating. I don't know what it feels like to be full, hungry, or not want to eat more.

it's always the moms fault.

True, but it was an update of a television movie. The original Lesley Anne .warren version was shot for TV. It was awesome. But the Brandy version was even better. That said, more movies with more diverse leading women (more women in general) makes economic sense and what are they waiting for?

LOVE.

I was the chubby girl in ballet. I never got better, even though I had to go 3 times a week. It was a defining moment in my childhood when I realized I'd never be good at it, no matter how hard I tried.

She's beautiful and weird and I think talented, even if she is 14 and talking about her "look."

Yes.

One of my favorite directors I've worked with, Tricia Brock, directed this weeks ep, (which was one of my faves). Brock also directed my other fave ep of "Girls." She's awesome, and really finds the comedy. No one says, "action" like Brock.

Are you nuts? This has always been the best show in the history of TIME. (Except for Battlestar, which is also the best show).

I can't wait. Their accents remind me of my childhood.

This is what I always suspected. Either it was a test shot of the outfit, with incredibly bad lighting, or it was doctored to make her look worse. The inconsistencies in her body make up was bizarrely amateurish.

He's JR Ewing!

Jane Fonda, Susan Sarandon, Sally Field, Judi Dench, Ellen Burstyn, Vanessa Redgrave Christie Brinkley and Helen Mirren all have the most fantastic plastic surgery ever. (One of the keys is: do the neck — don't do the eye lids unless you are prepared to go into hiding for, like, 3-5 years). I think they should be
