It’s in-group vs out-group. In this case, German immigration policies allowed a machete-wielding murderer into their country. If the killer had been barred from entry, then the victims would still be alive. Period.

I actually think refugee is important in this case. He is noted to have violent actions in the past and known to police. He may have untreated mental illnesses due to coming of age in the hell hole that is modern Syria.

The only people in the world that are actively seeking apocalyptic weapons on a daily basis for immediate, offensive use on the West are Islamic terrorists. To equate them with other terrorist groups in Europe is disingenuous. The difference is there, you either see it or you don’t.

As a native German speaker I can back you up; local news is reporting that they were romantically involved. One new agency used a term which basically translates to “lover’s quarrel” and I'm livid. This wasn't a shouting match about dishes. A man hacked his pregnant girlfriend to death.

Of course I’m a fan of due process. I’m not saying lock up someone for no reason. I’m saying that at some point “due process” clearly isn’t being followed because if it were, we wouldn’t have people “known to police” killing others.

Police were able to arrest the suspect after a passing driver ran him over with a BMW, injuring him.

Do you think this might be another case of overlooking violence by refugees/immigrants, because the violence is against women,and they don’t count? If the victim is also an immigrant ... they’re even less likely to care.
