Yes there is a huge difference, that’s why I mention that they never claim about their 4K being a PC quality 4K. It could just be upscaling 4K, or it could be just a low running 4K at 30Hz and limited frame rate. Nonetheless it’s still considered 4K, not the TRUE 60+fps PC gaming 4K.

The idea that the original PS4 “should have” produced 4K graphics is just silly.
