What y’all should take from this (as you’ve seen in the other comments) is just to use this as guidelines. Every one is different and different things work with different people. Good luck detecting artificial flavors. They can pretty much recreate any taste/flavor these days. Either they don’t use it much in the west or they don’t really care about it but it’s a scandal every other week in Asia (Taiwan esp).

Work hard, earn extra money, splurge on fancy moving company. In Taiwan, there’s a moving company that does the packing/unpacking for you. They even take a picture of everything before move and then restores everything to just as it was after move.
