I think the risks of butter are highly overrated. Butter i an excellent taste carrier, but again, not a high temperature option and risky for beginners.

excuse me but coconot oil is not considered healthy where I come from. And olive oil, regardless what ANYONE tells you is not really made for hot cooking. It burns at far to low temperatures. Canola, Mais are oils that handle temperatures well.

it was reported in the morning on one of the better German news platforms. A first level buy out offer made by Piech has been declined but negotiations are still going on. So it seems like they are serious.
