Yup. That would do it. Never do something like that on a plane. They will give you the stowed item and they will have you leave the plane. Not in the good way though. This would explain why she was kicked off. Airlines are expected to have zero tolerance with that shit. All that “the customer is always right” bullshit…

If the stroller was gate-checked, it was likely already in the cargo hold. Retrieving the stroller would mean re-opening the cargo hold and unloading luggage, followed by opening the cargo hold and re-loading the luggage. The airline won’t do this.

Remember those laws about not locking people in planes until the lemon-soaked paper napkins arrive? I’m pretty sure they were getting the passengers out onto the terminal and Williams wanted to push the baby instead of carry, andthe staff knew that there was no viable way to go digging through the checked luggage…

I don’t wanna be “that guy,” but can we get a little clarity on this? Was she trying to get her stroller while she was still on the plane? Where was she going to put it? Was she trying to get off the plane with the stroller? Was everyone getting off the plane?
