Jon, I as well suffer from a mild form of cp. I have a great life. Just some difficulties mostly in my youth with fine motor skills. Didn't stop me from winning states in wrestling or getting my education. My pops preached adapt and over come. Still have issues with the clumsys as I call them. Things get better.
