I love it when the "you're jealous" card gets whipped out in an internet tiff (i.e. serious business). When you're forced into a corner and that's the best you've got....you've officially lost the argument.

The Suits at Ubisoft decided that this concept couldn't be successful as a full-length game. So they wrap development and release what they have as an XBLA game.

In the 7-8 years I've been buying games on Amazon, I've only had one game get delayed past it's promised arrival date. It arrived the next day.

I suppose it's possible they've just abandoned the concept of releasing "Episode 3" at this point. It's been 4 1/2 years now.
