“Missing eyeball and doesn’t look like picture at all!” reads the one Amazon review we could find.

Helen Mirren, who is always at least vaguely regal, even when her character is at her lowest (or in Hobbs & Shaw).

I loved Invasion! Was a big fan of the Israeli superhero:

And Rob Thomas.

I agree with what everyone is saying about the African Queen and also throw in the comment that this trailer doesn’t give off much of a Romancing the Stone vibe.

I’ve begun watching, but haven’t finished, Insidious as I rev up for Halloween. It’s October, so gotta start watching the scary movies. I like it so far even if the more it goes on the more it seems like a Poltergeist retread--albeit an effectively put together retread, which I’m fine with. It’s pretty freaky what

It’s pretty easy to tell who the commenter is though. He’s been promoting his movie in other articles.

I was an extra on Stranger Than Fiction and was talking with a PA who had also PA’d on War of the Worlds. I’d read an article (maybe on this site?) about how during some of the more chaotic blow-things-up scenes extras were falling or being trampled or something and Tom Cruise was helping people up after they had

In the first Space Quest, when the ship is being attacked there’s an alarm that goes off... Battle Stations Wheeeeeeee Battle Stations Wheeeeeee. That’s a thing, right? Does anyone else remember that? It’s something that pops up in my head... but I don’t know if that would be a reference that I’d ever get anyone else

Yep. This is the quote I remember from this movie but with the “...to get the union back” added as well.

Also, Ian McKellan as Iorek was pretty great.

I always interpreted the book as more anti-organized religion than atheist. After all, there was a certain spirituality and other-world-ness to the end results. The book was just very against the way religion is used as a tool to wield power and control the masses.

Really been enjoying the viral marketing this movie’s been doing in the Chicago-area. Releasing a 4-foot gator in a Humboldt Park? Brilliant!

Mmmm. A Gelfling.

No. No. Fizzgig.

Obligatory: You know what they call a Quarter Pounder with Cheese on Qo’noS?

But... where are the Snowdens of yesteryear?
