It’s not the “convenient narrative”, it’s literally an interview at the Olympics immediately after winning a gold medal, so how the fuck it the “convenient narrative” the narrative entirely about the subject at hand?!?

Holy shit. Found a reasonable take on the subject.
It’s easy to type up the perfect apology days after when you’re not in front of a camera televising your response to literally the entire world. I think everyone, including those who disagree with you, would’ve preferred a different word usage and approach, but hey humans are imperfect and don’t always say everything…
Huh who would’ve thought humans are imperfect people who don’t always use the words you want them to use ....
Apparently Lue just makes the coffee and answers the phones.
You have the exact same proof as everyone else (i.e. none), so your passionate defense of Young is extremely odd.
You seem to love screeds, so I’ll answer in kind
Meanwhile you have an entire internet full of naked ladies so maybe calm down?
She said in the wake of the movement, the optics of having women stand around a race circuit to appease the male gaze is questionable at best. Literally not a soul alive thinks they’re being forced to do it. Cripes.
And if the games are quicker, isn’t a 2 hour football game about the same as a 3.5 hour football game once you factor in actual time played?
I can’t imagine a better deterrent for PEDs than telling current players that they will not be eligible for the HOF after their careers are over. You will either be remembered forever OR you will be forgotten the moment you hang up your cleats.
If only the point of the game was to make good passes.....
If you require intent to injure for an ejection then Rudy Tomjanovich is basically the only person who’s ever earned an ejection.
You enjoy complimenting yourself, huh?
Then the NBA should learn some consistency, not only with this call, but overall. Their best player (Lebron) gets this same foul numerous times over the course of a season, so I would call BS on any sort of explanation such as yours. Delly makes tough, aggressive plays but is far from a dirty player in this league in…
This isn’t an ejection worthy play in any speed, so quit trying to bring up completely unrelated points. If this is an ejection worthy play, then the NBA and the ref should explain why they rarely call even a flagrant one for these plays on Lebron (and they occur much more frequently).
I’m not sure how this is literally any different, if not less worse, than the numerous fouls on Lebron that weren’t called as even flagrants half the time.
You can’t imagine a more perfect offense for Kap? Clearly you don’t watch the Packers because a running style QB is the last type of QB to “save” them, and I say this as a Kap supporter. Spare me the “Aaron Rodgers runs the ball all the time!” argument.
The irony of Harden, who shot 15 free throws and is easily the biggest flopper in the league, bitching about having two officials is too good.
It’s pretty funny that anyone believes there is such a thing as an unbiased comment here. Life is full of biases, just like the OP and your reply.
