nowhere close to doing any permanent damage to Subban. It was malicious but not dirty.

Do you think the Heat were anywhere near as talented as the current Warriors team (or even last year’s Warriors team)?
Yup, another commenter pointed out the Dr. J and Moses from 81-83' too, so good call.
Lebron, or any other “star player”, is going to have a tough time beating the greatest regular season team in history (now + Kevin Durant) if Kyrie/Love can’t shoot consistent in quarters 1-3 and your starting SG has a combined 3 points through two games. Not to mention, TT has basically disappeared in this series.
What is relevance of comparing the stats from Wade/Curry two years prior to them getting Lebron/Durant? Wade got older and more often injured, and Curry became a 2-time MVP and Finals champ (nearly two). I never said Wade wasn’t good (great) at one point, but you’re comparing stats that aren’t in anyway relevant to…
at the time, Wade had just brought a crappy team to 47 wins, received the all-star MVP and was pretty much the 2nd best player in the NBA he was actually better at that point in his career than Curry was...(at the very least they were on the same level) and people need to stop underrating Bosh he was easily a top 10…
see i don’t get this. you want to put an asterix next to Durants legacy but seem to forget that Lebron did the same thing...TWICE.
Agreed. It’s literally all about consistency to me. I honestly don’t care if they call something like traveling only when it’s really obvious, but don’t call the exact same thing two different ways, which is what they did between Steph and Durant’s half court shots last night.
Jeff Van Gundy is a moderate compared to what I would do to the fouling rules.
Everyone can argue all they want, but Lebron doesn’t foul Steph on this play by any stretch of the hand check rule. We would literally be calling fouls on every possession if that’s the actual take on this play. We also don’t get to ignore Steph’s obvious double dribble simply because some other foul during the game…
Like I said, if we start calling those extremely ticky tack fouls (and I still don’t see a foul there) Lebron would’ve shot 20+ free throws last night.
On the same play, LeBron is clearly shown grabbing Steph’s arm (before the double-dribble occurs) which was also not called, so I’m going to call this one even.
The only thing I really, really dislike about the double dribble last night is the fact that Lebron fans are going to use this as “proof” that the only way you can beat him is if you cheat to do it.
Yea, hard to believe a team with the previous two MVP’s and the greatest regular season of all-time, who then adds the MVP the year before Curry won it back to back, would be dominating the playoffs.
But there’s not a single person alive that is going to convince me that the 25k he could potentially lose doing this wouldn’t be better spent elsewhere.
I’m sure to be in the minority here, but I fail to see what’s culturally offensive about this piece.
The teachers involved in this matter have been disciplined according to district policy and the incident is still under investigation.
Sadly, even if they “get what they voted for”, they’ll figure out a way to blame Democrats (or poor people) for literally every single bad thing that happens in their life.
Bullshit. She admitted she violated the dress code. This isn’t Rosa Parks. It’s some teen jeopardizing her future over a stupid shirt.
Not agreeing with it. But a jacket can be taken off as soon as authority is gone. Probably principals line of thinking.
