He’s the one who made the claim-as a means of justifying his actions-that there was a racial slur directed toward him. All systems of logical argument would indicate that he bears the burden of providing evidence for that claim.

How do cops justify literally any of what is in the video? The guy immediately pulls over, gets out of the car with his hands up, and then gets tackled by 6 grown ass men who amazingly cannot get control of what appears to be a 150-160 lb skinny ass man without beating the shit out of him.
