Helluva false equivalency, but sure.

Westbrook hasn’t won a championship with arguably the 3rd/4th best player in the league, so what makes you think he would’ve won it with Jimmy Butler or any other Bulls player?

Even the 6th foul was a foul on the initial slap at Lebron’s wrist, so nearly every complaint by Kerr and Curry was stupid.

So she was nice as long as she was sweet and humble and didn’t have an *dumb* opinion?

Kevin Love, one of the best defenders in the league, was out in Game 3 and the Cavs still won without him shutting down Curry ....

How often has Steph been “locked in” these entire playoffs?

I’m all for making fun of my home state, but let’s at least throw Oklahoma City, Charlotte, Indiana, Memphis, and Utah in there before Milwaukee.

Part of that adjustment though would I think have to be changing some rules regarding offensive fouls, because defensive players have to be able to take up space and if they called every foul, then the offensive players could simply get a defender to move and then run into them (which I would argue is a lot of what

I won’t parse over how hard he hit him or the lack of a huge reaction (I agree, I flinch if anything comes near my balls).

Charles Barkley for one.

Except there was no proof that he even made contact with Lebron’s junk, and the punishment here is not equal despite the above and the fact that Lebron put him on the floor and purposefully stepped over him.

In my opinion, I don’t think I’ve ever seen an NBA player who has decided on more opportunities to simply bulldoze directly into several defenders around the hoop hoping to get bailed out with a foul call or somehow muscle his way to the basket.

I do think Delly is a legit player, and the majority of “dirtiness” is simply guys being babies or wanting a reason to hate him for giving 110% effort. Nevertheless, if that kid was playing against me in a pickup game, I would want to knock his fuckin’ teeth out.

Well, off the top of my head, complaining about Green to the media, and thus the NBA hierarchy while ignoring the fact that he instigated the whole issue by dropping Green and purposefully stepping over him.

Delly is only an asshole for people who hate people who actually give effort ..... and most of us can’t stand people who try all the time

Well how about the whole team pull their pants down and hang their junk out at the pitcher while chanting suck it, suck it, suck it. And why not have the batter go around and spit on every player he runs by in his home run procession?

I didn’t see any issue with the light flip of his bat, nor the staring it down. I actually think the entire thing would’ve been avoided if the catcher didn’t feel the need to say something while he’s about to touch home plate and then the subsequent “dance” by the batter.

Yes agreed, and then I would expect we compare the two equally in regards to the foul calls both received (and I wouldn’t say Lebron is anywhere near favored in that respect).

I agree that Shaq is in the exact same category, but Shaq didn’t get fouled the same as Lebron (nor does Lebron get fouled the same as Shaq did - center vs forward). They both deserved more fouls, and didn’t receive them due to their size. A foul is a foul in basketball, regardless of the size of the player. It’s
