I really don’t feel that way. To me, they’re stylized enough to not be in the uncanny valley.

I just got Destiny 2 with my Humble Bundle monthly subscription last week and as a PC gamer that was never into Halo and not interested in the original Destiny, this game has completely suckered me in. I’m already grinding Dead Orbit rep to get the Gravitron Lance upgrade. I’m all in dude.

I’m realllllly hoping they extend the mechanics into “victory week”, as in, still assign a winning faction and gussy up the tower, etc. but allow us to keep earning tokens. Fingers crossed.

Yeah... Plus some of the ornaments require you to be wearing a full set of gear to even do the stuff to unlock... it took me to lvl 25 to get a full set... my friends is at 32 and is still missing one piece... If this were a longer event, it wouldn’t be so bad... But at one week, it is frustrating.

My only gripe is they didn’t fix the faction armor purchasing bug prior to this (which means it must be a whopper, considering it’s been this way since Warmind launch) making it near-impossible to collect the ornaments on all characters. The completionist in me is slightly annoyed at that. But they were also upfront…
