Cheerleaders are not essential to the functioning of an NFL or NBA team. So, they don’t have too much leverage. Some NFL teams do not even have cheerleaders. While I think the Saints have draconian rules, the team is not going to allow their cheerleaders a CBA when they are not necessary, to begin with.
