No choices in the poll because even the contrarians can’t vote CP on this one.

Using the 911 as a family car is like pounding in a nail with the handle of a screwdriver. Sure, you can make it work if you absolutely have to, but that doesn't mean your screwdriver has become a hammer.

No, no, no, no, no!

Radio’s half out of the dash, only half of one speaker is installed, no windows in the camper, camper seems to be held on with ratchet strap, no rack for the ‘yak, etc... The guy’s not exactly a “finisher”.

You make a custom camper, and rip the bed and finders off. Why not build the custom camper to slide in? Why not level the damn thing out too?

I just hope it lives up to the hype and the stats aren’t super cherry-picked. On paper it seems like an absolute home run in terms of performance per dollar.

911s and Corvettes have been compared and competing for decades, trading blows all the way. The number of seats barely factors into it considering the 911 is still a smaller car than the Corvette and no less sporty. It would be like saying a BRZ and a Miata aren’t competing because the BRZ has rear seats and the Miata

That’s fucking ridiculous. Everything with a backseat has LATCH. Even if it’s a 911-esque “backseat.” The presence of LATCH in no way shape or form makes anything a family car.

I think this only applies to like 10% of 911 owners. Most don’t use them as a “family” car. There has always and will continue to be plenty of cross shopping between this and the vette.

Since 2005 I own RAV4 which for sure was one of the first with 3SGTE engine swap.

The Base Model 2020 Porsche 911 Will Start At $97,400

You see the ad conveniently left off any pics of the front end. There’s a reason for that.

You could have had...

That’s because its a one off Kia Supra.

You could have had a C8!

You’re right - $7500 is too much. Yes the 2 door is rare and really cool looking but still, his ask is too high. That said, here’s ours. New timing belt, 150k miles, cold AC, shiny blue paint and it comes with Lexus ES300h rims + the original set of you don’t like the new ones. All for $3750 - the no haggle price.

Think about what you are saying. This is EXACTLY what is wrong with American politics. People like you would rather see the country suffer to benefit their own identity politics than to see our country prosper and be happy with the government. You CAN disagree politically/fundamentally with your leaders and still hope

Low load height, quirky, and cheap? I think I know what you need:

I’ve just appointed myself CEO of Nissan, here’s what I do from a product strategy standpoint in the US:

Neutral: Fuck it, I’ll compare it to the fast food industry.
