The interesting thing is, the "rape" (since I am still not convinced it was rape so much as a power struggle between two really crazy, destructive people) wasn't debasing in the way most of those other things were. Cersei was not powerless in this situation.

The teenagers being nihilist thing would bother me a lot more if the adults weren't also the exact same way. Well, most of them.
