I dunno. Someone said elsewhere that they imagine Cersei fighting back more fiercely. Might be that. For a woman who is not even slightly passive she really didn't fight very hard to stop him.
I also had the book version in my head. I definitely thought that the last shot was of her giving in, not fighting.
