Joe Biden is very many things, many good things too. But he is not very self-aware. I really don’t understand anyone who at this point still discusses whether Clinton was a good candidate. Sanders, Biden, even Obama can all shut it tbh.

Are you saying that, on principle, America > the world?
The US knew these lessons before Trump. They were instrumental in shaping the very constitution/Basic Law you are referring to. ;) But nobody ever changed it in the US because being reelected was more important than to guarantee a strong democracy in the long run.
The short answer is a corrupted Congress and Russian interference.
You’re welcome! :)
The apostille has unlimited value, it simply says “jupp this document is real y’all”. What may happen is that the document in itself is no longer useful. But that depends on the context. Say, a certificate of no impediment to marriage won’t mean much if it is 10 years old, so they would ask you to get a new one. And…
I see. Naturalization laws are always a bit tricky. I can’t comment on that without more details so I trust this information has come from an official source. Likewise, I would (if I were you) make sure that your husband is really entitled to a family residency permit since these usually apply only for minor (and…
You can apply for refugee status but you “are” not a refugee unless they decide that you are in danger in the country where you came from. And unless things deteriote far far faaar more, most US-Americans would not be considered refugees. And in that case, they would be turned back.
I am not an expert on Australian naturalization laws but I did have the chance to learn some of it so take it with a grain of salt.
In fact, provided your husband has Irish citizenship (or can claim it?) you’d be on a fast track for migration to Germany or any other non-Irish Eurpean country under European laws since they stipulate that any spouse of a EU citizen (as your husband might be) should be free to move with him freely within the European…
I am no expert on Canada’s refugee laws but I do not think this is true. This would mean any criminal wanted in the US would only need to make entry into Canada to be granted refugee status. Does this sound likely to you? It would also not by in sync with the UN refugee convention, which Canada signed.
Made an account just to say this: Germany has NO statue that limits migration for the disabled. There are some other restrictions, depending on your individual situation, but disability is no barrier. I am pretty knowledgable about the laws regarding migration there so hit me up if you got questions.
