Just cause they shoehorn the Turing test into a sex-robot story doesn't make it a sophisticated sci-fi. I seriously don't think you understood the movie

Let me know when Kurt Wimmer's doing it. I want to see medieval gun-kata
Now he can finally focus the show on what he really cares about, white power.
Yeah, but look at the source of this information; you can't trust what Cosby says—he's a super creep
So wait—Marc Maron did warm up for live tapings of children's television in the early 90s? Huh….weird.
Netflix should really "cut it out" with this abomination.
Jurrasic Park Goes Bananas! (they bring back some proto-apes that then ride the dinosaurs- starring Gene Simmons as the Alpha proto-ape?)
You're right—all sci fi movies should be about sex robots or amusement parks run amok; they're not overused ideas at all. How did I fail to see that just because this isn't an action movie it by default must be deep and thoughtful?
It almost seems as if they're using the bleeps as a joke itself
Do you marvel at how I beat you to it? There it is! Everyone saw it—please note that andypants1989 marveled at me and my speed of commenting.
Nick Frost's Hyperdrive is another pretty great show in a similar vein.
And that quick shot of their faces as they watch that gruesome explosion/splatter against the glass was pretty great
It's total ageist bullshit that they didn't let Richard E Grant reprise this role.
1 of the 3 characters is a huge misogynist who creates female robot sex slaves which he abuses. Whether the movie itself is misogynistic is up for debate, but it's a story about sex robots in which misogyny is a central theme. A female robot sex slave story (which is inherently misogynistic) is just another overused…
A misogynistic story about robot sex slaves is as corny and half-assed a sci fi trope as futuristic amusement park run amok. It's so hackneyed that Domhnall Gleeson was in a (much better) episode of Black Mirror about a sex robot. I was so disappointed by this movie.
I agree, Zack Snyder sucks (except for the Dawn of the Dead remake—that was pretty sweet)
[in Jon Loving voice] Word play! Genius! Thank you!
I assume there will be a special retrospective of his performance on the SNL 40th show.
That kid who knows all the songs from the Weird Al parodies is awesome.
It's time to tell all the fat cat capitalist pig-dogs that it's time to "come on down" from there ivory tower to face the justice of the proletariat
