He’s not up to my behavior level.

I’m pretty damn left, but Jesus...HamNo would NOT be fun to hang out with.

<uninformed conjecture> looks like his knees gave out from trying to handle the uh torque? of moving that fast at 315lbs.

They’d do themselves a favor with US audiences by getting their product the hell off of BeIn Sports and finding a partner that could ably promote the league/teams/players. As it is they’re off in the fourth tier channel ghetto and no is rushing to tune in to Malaga vs. Sporting Gijon on a Saturday afternoon.

I’ve said it multiple times on Deadspin: my interest has entirely shifted from the NFL to soccer this year. No commercials, very few stoppages and unbelievable skill of the players just makes it so much more entertaining.

The NFL could very easily create a rule that say you have to hit between the thigh and the shoulder. This is the rule in college rugby. It is not that hard to tackle someone within those areas. I don’t feel like

Ironic that a guy who’s a dick and a huge ass at the same time doesn’t get that.

Also, I know why they do it, that was never unclear to me.

has anyone informed Burfict of this part of the body?

Form tackles are a lost art.

I want to know this as well. why are they so afraid of hitting a guy in the midsection? they always say the same thing “you can either go low or high” and keep conveniently forgetting about a dude’s waist

Yes, I seem to recall that is the part where people actually carry things.... like bags of groceries, purses, and occasionally footballs. (Mostly that last thing when on an actual football field in a game)

“In high school, Logan always taught Burfict to separate the man from the ball”

But how is he supposed to injure someone if he hits them where they’re protected?
