I wasn’t a parent when I saw it (but enjoyed it nonetheless). Since having a kid, I can’t count the number of times I’ve flashed back to the scene where they were out all night and then her breast pump breaks. At the time I thought it was so over-the-top but it SO isn’t! I really ought to watch it again.

The previous night I particularly enjoyed how SE Cupp didn’t even try to ring in on a fairly easy Bible question after nattering on about God during her interview.

Yes, that’s a perfect way of putting it! I am right there with you. And thanks! :-)

I was so sad when it was canceled - I missed my chance!

I did! I’m not so crafty that I wanted to deal with traditional cake decorating, but we used ribbons and antique brooches throughout our decor, so we just went with that for the cake too.

I am ride or die for Martha Stewart. I once went to an in-store appearance where she did a Q&A, and I asked her if she had any tips on making one’s own wedding cake, since I was about to get married and was planning to do so, and I swear she gave me the shadiest look before responding - like, “how dare you think

There are a surprising number of us!

I grew up not far from here and this is not entirely surprising.

I have a Kaiser HMO in NorCal and we just paid a $500 copay.

I’m glad they are helping you, and that you are hopefully on your way to a diagnosis! I was 29 during my experience, and doctors did not want to operate on me due to my age even though it was my second herniated disc, so I spent six months trying various combos of painkillers and other meds that might help, but in the

I was on Gabapentin for a while due to debilitating nerve pain stemming from a herniated disc. It helped me some too, though I still needed opioids to function some days.

I haven’t picked up this book yet, but the amount of time I have wasted on the Internet defending Gwyneth Paltrow based on my love for her first two books is honestly sad. I can think of at least a dozen recipes between them that I’ve made repeatedly, and they are very approachable if you can just get past Gwyneth’s

My parents came to visit when my daughter was like 10 days old, and one of the first things I did was leave her with mom and take my dad to $1 oyster happy hour. I’d given up wine and oysters for 42 weeks, damn it, and we don’t have any family nearby, so it was my one chance for the foreseeable future and I wasn’t

I remember seeing stories of this on various wedding boards when I was planning my wedding a couple of years ago.

We sort of did that, except instead of drawing from a hat, we just waited until she was born and decided based on which one she looked like. It worked great because of the three names we chose from, there was no question whatsoever which was the right choice.

I don’t know about wholesaling, but apparently Colourpop is owned by a contract cosmetics manufacturer, so it’s totally within the realm of possibility. If you look at the Kylie lip kits side by side with Colourpop’s Clueless, Beeper, and Limbo, the colors and the appearance of the formulations are remarkably close.

True...or you could buy the lipstick plus liner from Colourpop for a total of $11.

I like the applicator and the formula on the Too Faced Melteds, but I find that if you don’t use them super often, the applicator clogs in places.

I keep reading that these are nothing more than rebranded Colourpop. Why anyone would pay $29 for them when they could pay $6 (and not support a Kardashian to boot!) is completely beyond me...

So true. I had my daughter at 42 weeks (went into labor the night before I was to be induced) and it turned out the placenta had become infected sometime after week 40 and she was only seven pounds despite being 22 inches long. She was fine, but I shudder to think what would have happened had she been any later.
