Unless you can send arbitrary data over usb with Unity...I don't think so. Some people have reverse engineered *some* of the data format for adaptive triggers but don't have it all figured out. DS4Windows has a few adaptive trigger settings for example. I'm guessing the Metro devs would know all of it though.
