I couldn't have said it better. Very deep on your end.

Has anyone been to the artists site? I HIGHLY recommend it! Take a look at the "Garden" set. ST.NING. I wish I could buy HI-DEF images to print and frame. His work is amazing, he seems to defy every law of physics but in a perfectly natural way. Just Look at this:

Yes you are correct.

Planet size and gravity are NOT directly linked as you stated. There is a ratio and it is as follows: Planetary Mass (Earth=1) | Surface Gravity (Earth=1)

Oh Sarah! you are helpless at times.

These type of compilations will always bring about divisiveness and (obviously) personal opinions of taste. I am in the camp of: they are great and they do bring a certain new dimension to the subjects. Favorites are Lincoln, Darwin, Douglass, Migrant lady. You can tell she once very beautiful. Still has traces of

"We have no clue how the driver of this truck took a massive head-on collision and leaped out of the broken, windowless front unscathed."

I think if I remember correctly in the old days artists used pen and india ink. And by pen I mean the one where you insert the nib. The nib DOES make a distinct "stipple" sound on dry high quality art paper.

What you are saying is: this poop could get dislodged from the moon by an asteroid impact, travel through space, land on another planet, become the organic mater that sparks life there. After millions of years, these poop descendants come back to earth and destroy the planet. Great. Death by poop descendants.

I am going to go back, WAY BACK in time and say: Goldorak and Mazinger Z ... for the 80's kids out there.

Is that a concept Ferrari? or an actual model? I cannot tell. Clues? Anyone?

Would be indeed. I also think it wouldn't be long before we had inter planetary war as well. One planet would accuse the other of loitering in their direction. Interplanetary Illegal immigration. Illegal resource harvesting (rogue companies flying over to the other planet to illegally obtain rare resources in). There

That statement was enlightening (and I am not being facetious at all). I like that. "The best camera in the world, is the one you have with you". There are few statements in life that are true, powerful and beautifully simple. This is one of them. Another one is " measure twice, cut once". This is particularly true

Here is another sci-fi departure on this:

i like where you are going with it. Moar.

Wake up. This is my SciFi enduced stories based on what is happening with Voyager. Your sci-fi and reality radar is not working. I suggest reboot.

What if one day VOYAGER's signal simply .... drops ... and a week later ... pops up again ... from the vicinity of ... JUPITER.

Is this from Star Trek? VTGR and the hot looking bald Robot Kirk falls for?

Don't we display non functioning gill slits during our embryonic development? (thus they were useful as some point and now are not).

Awwwe GODDAMIT! I already dug a bunker in backyard and stocked it with canned food, dehydrated packaged goods, water and solar panels. Now you are telling me "black goo in metallic jars" were not found?
